All creators on Fahdu are verified. However, creators must complete the required onboarding and verification process before monetization is enabled.

Open the creator's profile, select the premium content you are interested in, review the price and access conditions, and complete the purchase if you wish to proceed.
Fahdu Credits are platform credits used for supported purchases within Fahdu. They cannot be transferred between users.

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable Fahdu refund and payment policies and the circumstances of the transaction. Please review the relevant policy or contact support for assistance.

Check your payment status and transaction details before trying again. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or a transaction failed unexpectedly, contact Fahdu support with the relevant transaction information.
Follow the account deletion process provided by Fahdu and review its applicable account deletion policy. Contact support if you need help completing the process.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your account settings.
Most creator accounts are approved within 24–72 hours after submitting the required information. Some accounts may be approved on the same day. Approval time depends on completing the verification process and any additional checks required. You can check your verification status in your Fahdu dashboard. If your account has not been approved after 72 hours, contact contact@fahdu.com for assistance.
Create an account, provide the required creator information, complete the applicable identity and payout verification, and wait for approval. Monetization is enabled only after the applicable requirements are met.
Creators must be at least 18 years old and meet Fahdu's applicable identity verification, eligibility, and platform requirements.

- Create an account: Sign up on Fahdu using your email address or phone number.
- Apply for creator verification: Open your dashboard, go to Get Verified, and provide the required creator information.
- Submit your details: Provide the requested identity documents, profile photo, social media links, and any additional information needed for verification.
- Complete verification: Ensure all submitted information is accurate and complete. Fahdu may request additional details to verify your identity and creator profile.
- Wait for approval: Once your application is reviewed and approved, you can complete any remaining payout setup and access eligible monetization features.
Eligible creators may earn through memberships, premium digital content, and supported creator interactions or experiences.
Yes, Fahdu allows creators to set their own monthly or yearly membership prices directly from their Fahdu dashboard. You can choose a price that suits your audience and offer membership benefits such as exclusive content, priority replies, and community access. Make sure your pricing and membership benefits comply with Fahdu's applicable policies and terms.

Eligible earnings are processed according to Fahdu's applicable Payment & Payout Policy, including verification requirements, settlement schedules, taxes, refunds and other adjustments.
Creators may publish eligible digital content that complies with Fahdu's Content Standards, Community Guidelines, Commerce Standards, and applicable law.
Fahdu does not permit paid offline meetings, paid companionship, sexual services, or other prohibited services. Creators should use the platform only for permitted digital content and experiences.
